I have used this same app at least four times a week since 2011, on three different iphones and two consecutive ipads Perfectly adapted for the gym, one can use or create workouts, log reps, lookup previous sessions, compare A good backup/restore feature, data transfer to Excel Exactly what I need Bravo and Thanks!

Solid app, great features and has been around forever. Videos, instructions, data backup, everything you need and want.
This app is amazing! If youre just starting to work out at the gym, this app has a program for it, theres a program for everything! 5 stars without doubt.
Love how you have resistance band exercises since my lifting is limited with my hernia those will help me out

Some bad moments

Since last update the app is weird. Timer is no longer working properly, its hard to edit exercises, few exercises on the list and tons of bugs. It used to be my favorite app but not anymore! Too bad!
The display resolution is for small iPhones eg iPhone 4 and the functions are also available in free apps
Your new update does not allow app to load history of workouts. It freezes and shuts down all the time. When the app started I recommended it to at least 30ppl, your update now is terrible and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, fix the problem
Had this app for over a year and theyve only updated it once :(
Ever since the last update this app is unusable. It freezes as soon as I touch any button
After updating, crashes when trying to see entrys logs/history, and while other simple actions in interface.
