It seems they havent updated the app since iPhone 3g. Very confusing and poorly maintained.

With the new iOS the screen format needs to be updated. Otherwise lots of information gets lost. Please update. Other than that: great software!

Overall a super app...

...for beginners and advanced ones. Hopefully there will be a few more details regarding the exercises in the future such as e.g. which part of the DELTOIDS the exercise really focuses on (front? side? back?) Also hints like how many or which of the shoulder exercises for example could be taken when doing "shoulder day" in order to avoid doing an alternative exercise that trains exact the same muscles. Otherwise: awesome app! Cheers

This app is awesome has everything you need and shows you enough workouts were you can switch things up so its not always the same routine

Good four years ago

I would love to give this app four or five stars, but it hasnt been updated since the iPhone 4s formatting of the screen. Abandonware that doesnt deserve your money.

Super fitness app with lots of explanations

Pretty good

Just started to use it, I wish there was a scanner to use for bar codes to track your food. Exercise are basic great for someone starting out.
